Justin Furrow Presents “The COVID Vaccine Dilemma—Can (and Should) Employers Require It?”
Justin Furrow will join members from the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Small Law Department for a live webinar on the state of the legal landscape as it relates to running a business today. Justin will discuss if employers are able to require their employees to get the COVID-19 vaccine when it becomes more widely available and the complex and multifaceted considerations that come with it. The virtual meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 14, 2021, at 3 p.m. EST.
Justin chairs the Labor and Employment section and co-chairs the Chambliss COVID-19 Task Force, which continues to monitor and provide updates on legislative and regulatory developments and other legal implications of the COVID-19 pandemic. He and our COVID-19 Task Force have been advising clients on employment and business matters, especially related to evolving legislation and guidance from Congress, the federal government, and government agencies.
